Priestly Penda is a molecular diagnostics and clinical laboratory leader with experience in scientific strategy, assay development, analytical and clinical validation, regulatory documentation and laboratory operations. Professional experience includes chief scientific leadership and laboratory operations roles in high-complexity diagnostic settings, as well as prior work as a Medical Laboratory Scientist in a Level II trauma-center environment. Academic training includes an M.S. in Microbiology and Cell Science, with a focus on medical microbiology and biochemistry, from the University of Florida. Through Priestly Consulting, this experience is applied to helping laboratories and diagnostic innovators develop reliable tests, communicate robust evidence and implement practical, compliant workflows.
